How it works
Add your profile once
Upload your CV in the extension popup, it auto-builds your profile (name, contact, work history, skills, EEO answers, visa/sponsorship).
Find & add jobs
Search roles on your Find Jobs page, check the ones you want, and send them to your Apply list.
Click Apply, the form fills itself
Hit Apply and the job page opens. The extension reads the application step by step, filling each field as it goes and drafting answers to screening questions from your profile. You review every answer, then submit. That's it.

What makes the AI different?
Most autofill tools only handle the obvious boxes: name, email, phone. They stop the moment a form asks something that is not a standard field. VeloApply's AI layer is built for exactly the parts that make you stop and type.
It reads the application step by step
Instead of dumping everything at once, the extension works through the form the way you would, reading each section as it goes and filling it in order. On multi-step applications like Workday, that means it follows the form from page to page and keeps up as new fields appear, so long applications get filled smoothly rather than half-completed.
It answers the hard screening questions
Custom questions, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes and consent fields are where other tools give up. VeloApply's AI drafts an answer to each one from your resume and profile, matched to the specific job, then highlights it for your review. "Why do you want to work here?", notice period, salary expectations, work authorisation: all handled, all shown to you before anything is sent.
It remembers your answers
The first time you answer a custom question, VeloApply saves it. The next time the same question appears on another application, it fills instantly from memory, no fresh AI call, no re-typing. Edit an answer and the correction is saved too, so the extension gets faster and more accurate the more you use it.
You review every AI answer before it is sent
Every answer the AI drafts is surfaced for your check, especially sensitive fields like EEO, disability, veteran and visa status. Nothing is guessed silently and nothing is submitted without you clicking submit. The AI does the typing; the judgement and the final send stay with you.

Privacy first
Your profile is stored locally in your browser. The extension fills forms on your device, it doesn't auto-submit anything. You're always in control of the final submit button.
Auto-fill on page open
When you land on a job application page, the extension detects the form and fills it automatically within 1 second. You can toggle this on or off in the extension popup settings.
AI answers screening questions
Custom questions like "Why do you want to work here?", notice period, or "Describe your experience with X" are answered by AI using only your real profile. Answers are highlighted so you can review and edit each one before you submit. If your profile does not contain the answer, the field is left blank for you, the AI never invents anything.
It learns as you apply
VeloApply remembers how you answer. When the same question shows up on a future application, it fills your saved answer instantly, no waiting, no retyping. If you edit an answer, it learns your correction and uses it next time. The more you apply, the faster and more accurate it gets.
Handles every field type
Text boxes, dropdowns, searchable menus, radio buttons, checkboxes, country and phone pickers, and long consent statements. VeloApply reads the real options on the page and selects the right one, the same way you would by hand.
Queue mode
Analyze multiple jobs on your Apply page, then hit "Apply All (Queue)." The extension opens each job, auto-fills the form, and waits for your submit, then moves to the next job. One click per application.

Install the extension
Add VeloApply from the Chrome Web Store. It sits quietly in your toolbar until you need it.
Sign in and upload your CV
Open the popup, sign in, and upload your resume once. VeloApply builds your profile automatically. Your CV syncs with the VeloApply website too, so you never upload twice.
Open a job and click Autofill
Go to any job application on a supported site. Click Autofill. Standard fields fill instantly, then the AI answers the custom questions from your profile and resume.
Review and submit
Every AI answer is highlighted. Read them, edit anything you want, and press submit yourself. You stay in full control of every application.
